Salon Policies

How do I make an appointment?

We are all individual contractors through Salon Rosé. We handle all our own books. Click on "Our Stylists" to find the stylist that you wish to book with. Click on "Be in touch" under the stylist you prefer for their direct number.

Hours of Operation

We do not have set business hours. The salon operates by appointments only. Please feel free to come in when we are open to book an appointment with a stylist.

Children in the Salon

Children are welcome in the salon. For insurance and safety purposes, Please be mindful there are HOT tools, chemicals, and breakable things around. 

Absolutely NO playing in or around styling chairs.

Cancellation Policy

Our Stylist book weeks/months in advance, we need at least 24-48 hours in advance.

Each stylist has their own cancellation fee.

Service Costs

We are all independent contractors, our prices vary per stylist.

Product Return Policy

We stand by all our products. We use only the best and recommend the best for our clients and their hair needs.

All Products purchased can be returned with receipt or proof of purchase with in 2 weeks of purchase date. Product must be 1/2 full. Item or items will be for store credit or applied towards another product purchase.

There are no cash refunds.

Items on Sale are final. No refunds or returns.

Checks that are returned are a minimum of $50 returned check fee. Cash will paid the total amount in full with in the week.
